In 1998 my wife and I purchased oiur first home in Maplewood, NJ renovated it and fell in love with home ownership; a better value proposition than renting. We sold our home in 2002 and moved to Winston-Salem. Ever since we purchased that first home, we have been addicted to the transformative power it can bring to both buyer and seller. More than a decade later, and as the real estate market has changed, our company now does three pretty simple things:
